ENDODERMAL FLAGELLA OF HYDRA OLIGACTIS PALLAS

The cells of hydra's endoderm—epithelio-muscular, secreting, and sensory—are flagellated. The flagella are typical in that they are non-tapering lash-like processes which terminate in blepharoplasts.
